Admissions Policy (Pensions & Wealth Live)

The safety and security of our staff, exhibitors, speakers and attendees is our priority. Perrin Services Ltd (trading as Pensions & Wealth Live) works closely with the venue and, where appropriate, relevant local or national authorities to identify risks, assess them and implement proportionate security plans for our events.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, exclude, or remove any person from the venue who:

  • does not comply with this Admissions Policy or the Code of Conduct;

  • behaves in a way the organisers reasonably consider may endanger safety, disrupt the event, or negatively impact other participants; or

  • is prohibited from attending under any applicable laws, regulations, or venue rules.

Entry requirements and conduct in the venue

Participants must comply with all reasonable instructions given by event staff, venue staff, and security personnel. In particular:

  • Badges/credentials: You may be required to wear event ID badges/credentials at all times and present them on request.

  • No obstruction: Participants must not deliberately obstruct points of entry or exit, stairways, aisles, access points, emergency exits, or routes required for emergency services.

  • No disruption: Interference with the smooth running of the event in any form is prohibited. Individuals may be removed from the venue.

Security measures

Security safeguarding measures and operational plans may be in place at our events. These may include (without limitation):

  • Badge/ticket verification

  • Physical screening and/or bag checks

  • Monitored and recorded security surveillance/CCTV

  • Uniformed and/or covert security personnel

  • Crowd management (stewards, signage, barriers) where necessary

Additional measures may be deployed where appropriate, including:

  • Walkthrough or handheld scanners

  • Police presence (uniformed and/or plain-clothed)

  • Canine security and detection

Code of Conduct

Perrin Services Ltd (trading as Pensions & Wealth Live) is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism and inclusivity at all events. Every participant—whether contractor, staff member, exhibitor, speaker, sponsor, press or attendee (each, a “Participant”)—has the right to engage in an environment free from harassment, discrimination, aggression and misconduct.

This Code of Conduct sets expectations for respectful, honest and courteous behaviour, and affirms our commitment to fostering a safe, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that values openness, diversity and mutual respect.

Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. We may take appropriate action to uphold these standards and protect the integrity of the event, including removing individuals from the venue (see Consequences of Breaching the Code of Conduct below).

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour is expected to comply immediately.

Unacceptable behaviour

Unacceptable behaviour at the event, on event platforms, or in connection with the event (including pre- and post-event communications), includes but is not limited to:

  • Discriminatory, harassing or offensive language or actions relating to race, gender, age, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic

  • Offensive or sexually explicit language, personal insults or gestures

  • Stalking, unwanted or intimidating following, photography or recording

  • Verbal or physical intimidation, threats or violence

  • Unwanted physical contact (including grabbing, groping or similar conduct)

  • Displaying or distributing offensive materials, symbols or imagery

  • Interfering with, stealing or deliberately damaging property belonging to the venue, the event, exhibitors or other participants

  • Intentionally disrupting or preventing the running of the event or any area within it

  • Smoking or vaping inside the venue or in unauthorised areas

  • Alcohol consumption that is illegal, irresponsible, or causes behaviour that negatively affects others

  • Possessing, using, carrying or distributing illegal substances, or using substances in a way other than prescribed/intended

  • Carrying, displaying or using weapons, items intended to be used as weapons, or items prohibited by the venue

  • Wearing clothing that is excessively revealing, provocative, or features offensive language, symbols or imagery (see Event Dress Code)

  • Distributing materials or conducting promotional activity outside a paid-for space/opportunity or without organiser permission

Event Dress Code

To help maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for all participants, including families and children, Participants must dress neatly and respectfully.

Business attire is not required; however:

  • Attire that is overly revealing or provocative is not permitted.

  • Clothing featuring offensive language, symbols or imagery is not permitted.

  • Promotional staff and brand representatives must be suitably and professionally dressed in a way that reflects the values of the event and does not draw undue attention.

We reserve the right to request that a Participant changes their attire or leaves the event immediately if their appearance is reasonably deemed offensive to others.

Consequences of Breaching the Code of Conduct

By participating in, attending, or engaging with the event in any capacity—including in-person, online, or through communications or activities related to the event—each Participant agrees to comply with this Code of Conduct and acknowledges that any breach (as determined by the organisers acting reasonably) may result in immediate and proportionate action.

This may include (without limitation):

  • verbal or written warnings;

  • removal from the event;

  • refusal of re-entry;

  • involvement of venue security and/or relevant authorities where appropriate; and/or

  • refusal of entry to future events.

Where removal or refusal of entry occurs, no refund or compensation will be provided for tickets or any travel, accommodation or other expenses.

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour is expected to comply immediately.

Reporting a concern

If you experience or witness behaviour that you believe breaches this Code of Conduct, and you feel safe to do so, you may ask the individual to stop.

If this is not appropriate or you would prefer support, report the concern to:

  • venue security; or

  • the Organisers’ Office at the event.

Reports will be handled with discretion and sensitivity. We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action where necessary. While we aim to respect confidentiality, anonymous reports may limit our ability to investigate fully or provide follow-up.
